Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and had all the necessities with a large balcony. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was kid-friendly. The location was easily accessible and close to various attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and surrounded by restaurants, making it a vibrant and convenient choice to explore the town. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay with a helpful and friendly service team. However, the dining experience may vary for vegetarians, and the facilities could benefit from more variety.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed with exposed beams, and Ciro, who assisted us, was lovely and very helpful. The service from the cheery staff was exceptional, going out of their way to ensure a memorable experience at this multi-generational family-owned hotel in Zermatt. While the location was a bit outside the center, being close to the ski bus stop made it convenient for our activities. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options at a reasonable price, especially with the talented Italian chef. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Staying at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms, while old, were clean and met my expectations, and having a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn was a real treat. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist me, even arranging an early breakfast for me on Marathon Day. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of the train station and surrounded by restaurants and hotels, though the size of the town was a bit limiting. The dining options were delightful and catered to everyone in my family, from our youngest to our eldest, but the facilities could use a modern touch.
My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious with a useful lounge area, so picturesque, and overlooking the Matterhorn; they were also quite spacious in size. The service was just too kind and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main street and with plenty of shopping, nightlife, restaurants, and ski shops nearby. The dining experience was plentiful and fresh, offering a variety of European continental options. Although the facility was great overall, the limited dining selections were a slight drawback.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were big enough for a family, equipped with classic wooden furniture, and had a significant balcony with an amazing Matterhorn view. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of the Matterhorn express and the town center. The dining experience had a good variety, but it was a little basic for vegetarians. Overall, a great value for money experience.
